How come there are a bunch of numbers next to each food post?
You will notice that most recipes are followed by three numbers. They represent my scale for food. Taste, Texture, Presentation. 0->.9. For wine there is a single number representing value, a complex value incorporating taste and price.

I'm told I had a half bottle. I don't remember drinking that much but I do remember it sure was good. We had it at the Beacon Hill Bistro with Katie and Vlad.
