How come there are a bunch of numbers next to each food post?
You will notice that most recipes are followed by three numbers. They represent my scale for food. Taste, Texture, Presentation. 0->.9. For wine there is a single number representing value, a complex value incorporating taste and price.

I bet you had the most awesome dinner ever. Michael and I were still here in New Orleans, so we went off road biking with his boss and then had dinner there. It was great, but I missed family a lot.
